Site Supervisor
Benefits:
- $50,000-60,000 per year
- Up to $15,000+ annual incentive package

Required Skills:
- Proficient in water and fire mitigation and mold remediation
- Establish- and maintain a schedule to ensure all services are delivered in a timely manner
- Respond to work assignments and initiate water mitigation according to IICRC standards
- Communicate with customers about the scope of work needed and to complete the necessary paperwork as needed
- Maintain all company restoration and cleaning equipment, keeping them clean and properly maintained at all times
- Perform marketing tasks to sell additional services or develop additional business as required
- Proficient in Xactimate
- Ability to inspect, scope, estimate and manage restoration projects
- Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
Supervisor Job Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s license
- Xactimate experience and knowledge
- Construction experience helpful
- IICRC Certified in WTR, ASD, FSRT, and AMRT
- Maintains IICRC certification and other certifications related to specific role
- Preferred additional IICRC Certifications (i.e. CCT, OCT) But not required
- Able to occasionally lift and/or move 50-100 pounds as needed
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and text ability)
Restoration Technician
Benefits:
- $15-22.50 + per hour depending on training

Technician Duties and Responsibilities:
- Become proficient in water, fire, and smoke restoration, and mold remediation
- Establish and maintain a schedule to ensure all services are delivered in a timely manner
- Respond to work assignments and initiate water mitigation according to IICRC standards
- Maintain all company restoration and cleaning equipment, keeping them clean and properly maintained to be available at all times
- Fire/smoke deodorization, pack-outs of belongings, board-ups, and securing structures
- Water extractions, cleanup and removal of damaged materials and/or contents that cannot be salvaged
- Job-site prep
- Mold remediation including demolition and clean up
- Report to the Site Supervisor
- Preparing tools for the day’s work as well as keeping tools clean, organized, and in good working order
- Communicate with supervisors and co-workers in a professional manner
- Maintain equipment, vehicles, and warehouse
- Working in tight spaces such as crawl spaces and attics
- First responder for water, fire, smoke, and mold emergencies
- Wearing proper PPE and maintaining a safe work environment
Job Requirements:
- Restoration and/or Construction experience (helpful but NOT REQUIRED)
- Valid Driver’s License
- Able to occasionally lift and/or move 50-100 pounds as needed
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and text-ability)
